Tehran is ready to restart nuclear negotiations with Washington on condition that it is treated with "dignity" and "respect", Iran's foreign minister has declared.

Abbas Araghchi declared solely negotiations was effective, and revealed new appeals had come from mediators to resume talks with the US government. He said Iran did not have secret atomic facilities, and Iran had not yet reached a point to authorize the UN nuclear inspectorate to access struck enrichment centers for security reasons.
